The No. 2 overall pick will enter the season as the unquestioned starter for the Tennessee Titans.
Marcus Mariota possesses the ability to throw and run the football, which only boosts his value with fantasy owners. Similar to Winston’s situation, the Titans will not be a good team this season.
While that’s not good news for Titans fans, it is good news for Mariota fantasy owners. The University of Oregon quarterback will be handed the keys to run the offense which should mean heavy fantasy points from the first-year QB every now and then.
He is ranked as the 23rd-best QB for the 2015 season. Though he won’t be an every week starter, depending upon the matchup, he can step in every now and then as your fantasy starter.
This kid will be a stud in the league within a couple of years and he’ll show flashes of it in his rookie season.
