Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill already has a Super Bowl ring to his name, but he didn’t win that championship in Miami. He played alongside quarterback Patrick Mahomes on the Kansas City Chiefs when their team won it all back in the 2019 season.
Heading into his fourth season in Miami, Hill hasn’t even come close to adding to his ring total with the Dolphins organization. The Dolphins haven’t so much as picked up a single playoff victory with him on the roster, as the team is still seeking its first playoff win since the year 2000.
But even with the lack of playoff success Hill has enjoyed as a Dolphin, he thinks he will win another ring and that the Dolphins have the team to accomplish such a goal.
“Yes ’cause we have the team to do it, man,” Hill said when asked whether he will win another Super Bowl. “Maturity means a lot in this league. Once guys mature a little bit and learn, it will help the Miami Dolphins. Even if I’m like 37, I will win another Super Bowl.”
Hill can help the Dolphins’ chances of winning a Super Bowl in the 2025 season by getting back to starring at the level he was earlier on in his tenure with the team. He totaled just 959 receiving yards with Miami last season, but in each of his opening two campaigns with the squad, he racked up 1,700-plus receiving yards.
When Hill is at the top of his game, he’s truly one of the premier offensive players in the sport. In the 2023 season, he led the entire NFL in receiving yards and receiving touchdowns in 16 starts for the Dolphins.
The 31-year-old might not be able to produce at the level he did in his first two seasons as a Dolphin if quarterback Tua Tagovailoa can’t stay on the field, however. Hill averaged just 44.2 receiving yards per contest across the six games Tagovailoa didn’t play in a season ago. Tagovailoa missed those contests due to head and hip injuries.
Whether or not Hill will win another ring before his NFL career is over is unclear, but at the very least, he seems confident that he will capture the league’s ultimate prize again before he calls it quits. Hopefully, he will win a championship ring as a member of the Dolphins at one point or another.
