Video: Miami Dolphins players excitedly arrive for training camp

Training camp is getting started for the Miami Dolphins, and players are arriving in South Florida to get things going.

On Tuesday, a video was posted to the team’s official Twitter page that showed young safety Jevon Holland arriving for camp.

Multiple other players were also seen arriving during a rainy Miami day.

Holland and company clearly seem excited to be back with the team, and there are a lot of reasons for Dolphins fans to be excited about the 2022 campaign as well.

The Dolphins have brought in a lot of new faces since last season, including new head coach Mike McDaniel. The offseason also saw the front office make a clear effort to surround Tua Tagovailoa with pieces that should help him succeed this season.

Miami’s blockbuster trade for superstar wide receiver Tyreek Hill was one of the biggest moves of the offseason in the NFL. Hill should bring a whole new dimension to Miami’s offense.

As long as Tagovailoa can capitalize on the additions to the offense, that unit should improve greatly in the upcoming campaign. Perhaps that improvement will be enough to help the Dolphins get over the hump and into the playoffs for the first time since the 2016 season.

However, having a successful training camp is the top priority for the Dolphins at the moment. Right now, Holland, Tagovailoa and the rest of Miami’s players simply need to make sure that they are making the most of the opportunities they have to improve as players and teammates.

Though success in training camp doesn’t necessarily lead to success in the regular season, it certainly doesn’t hurt.
