Will Fuller opens up on key piece of advice he received from Randy Moss

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Will Fuller will make his return to the lineup in Week 2 of the NFL season after missing six games (five last year with the Houston Texans) due to suspension.

He was suspended for violating the league’s performance-enhancing substances policy.

On Wednesday, Fuller explained some key advice he got from Hall of Famer Randy Moss that has helped him improve as a player in his career.

“[Moss] said a lot of receivers, when they run their posts, they turn back and look at the quarterback,” Fuller said. “You know, the quarterback he’s probably already thrown the ball. So he told me to look up when they throw the ball don’t look back at the quarterback. That’s helped me out a lot.”

Moss is one of the best deep threats to ever play the game, so it’s great to see Fuller learning from his advice. Moss caught 982 passes for 15,292 yards and 156 touchdowns throughout his career.

Fuller finished with 53 catches for 879 yards and eight touchdowns in 11 games last season with the Texans.

The Dolphins will add him to a receiving corps that also features Jaylen Waddle and DeVante Parker in Week 2 against the Buffalo Bills.

Fuller should help open up the field for Tua Tagovailoa and Miami as it tries to improve to 2-0 on the season.
