The Miami Dolphins have signed wide receiver Chester Rogers, the team announced on Sunday.
This is the second wide receiver the Dolphins have signed in two days as they look to replace Allen Hurns and Albert Wilson, both of whom opted out of the 2020 NFL season.
Rogers comes to the Dolphins after spending the first four seasons of his career with the Indianapolis Colts.
In those four seasons with the Colts, Rogers totaled 111 catches, 1,221 yards and five touchdowns. His best season came in 2018, when he recorded 53 catches for 485 yards and two touchdowns.
It will be interesting to see if Rogers ends up winning himself a spot on the regular season roster.
The Dolphins open their 2020 season on Sept. 13 against the New England Patriots.
