Tyreek Hill approves of Michael Thomas going in on Saints reporter and calling him a ‘hoe’

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill chimed in on New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas’ attack on Saints insider Jeff Duncan.

Duncan reported that Thomas has played his final game for the franchise, stating that the team plans to release the three-time Pro Bowler this offseason.

“Michael Thomas has played his last game for the New Orleans Saints,” Duncan wrote.

“The former All-Pro receiver is expected to be released at some point before the start of the league year, which begins next week on March 13.

“It’s not a matter of if the Saints move on, but when, according to multiple sources.”

Thomas took to social media to call out Duncan, posting a series of attacks on the social media platform X (formerly known at Twitter).

The former second-round pick questioned how the Saints could release him if he’s on a one-year deal.

However, according to Spotrac, Thomas is under contract for the 2024 season with the Saints. He is set to have a cap hit of over $12 million for New Orleans.

Thomas went on to call Duncan a “hoe,” saying that the Saints insider’s articles never end up being true.

He then took a shot at Duncan’s appearance, posting a photo of the columnist on his social media.

Hill chimed in on X, saying that he likes that Thomas had time in his day to go after Duncan.

It’s a bit of a strange situation, but the Saints and Thomas will likely come to a resolution on his future soon with NFL free agency beginning this month and the 2024 NFL Draft taking place in April.

Last season, Thomas appeared in 10 games for the Saints and made seven starts. He finished the campaign with 39 catches for 448 yards and one touchdown.

An ankle injury sidelined Thomas for all of the 2021 season, and he hasn’t found his All-Pro form since, making just 55 catches over the last two seasons.

Thomas won the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year award in the 2019 season, but the Saints may look to move on from the wideout given his downturn in production over the last few seasons.

Hill seemed to be supporting his fellow NFL wideout, and it will be interesting to see if he tries to recruit Thomas to the Dolphins if the Saints do decide to move on from the former All-Pro this offseason.
