Tyreek Hill strongly denies report claiming he filed for divorce after 2 months of marriage

Tyreek Hill is firing back at a report that the Miami Dolphins star has filed for divorce from his wife after two months of marriage.

The All-Pro wide receiver used social media to challenge the report by the Sun Sentinel. It claimed that an attorney for Hill filed the petition in Broward County on Monday. Hill and Keeta Vaccaro reportedly were married in Texas in early November.

The couple was visible during some Dolphins games when Hill would seek out his new wife in the stands and present her with the football after he scored a touchdown.

Earlier this month, a fire damaged their home. It reportedly was started by children playing with a lighter.

A supremely talented player on the field, Hill also generates headlines off of it as well. This past offseason, he was involved in an altercation with a man on a boat. No charges were brought and a settlement was reached, but it did prompt an investigation into the matter by the NFL that did not result in any punishment.

The 29-year-old went on to have one of his most successful seasons in the league. He posted a career-high 1,799 receiving yards, which led the NFL and established a new Dolphins franchise record for a single season. He also had 13 touchdown receptions to tie for the league lead.

It contributed to a successful campaign for the Dolphins as well. Miami was 11-6 during the regular season and reached the playoffs in consecutive seasons for the first time since the 2001 campaign.

However, the season was not as successful as it could have been. Hill fell short of his stated goal of becoming the first NFL player to gain 2,000 receiving yards in a single season even though he was on pace to do so for some of the campaign.

In addition, the Dolphins were on track to win the AFC East for the first time since the 2008 campaign but fell short after losing their final two games of the regular season. They then were eliminated from the playoffs with a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs that kept them from capturing a playoff victory for the first time since the 2000 season.
