Report: Miami Dolphins expect 2022 season tickets to sell out

The Miami Dolphins reportedly expect to be sold out of season ticket memberships for the 2022 season as early as next week.

If season tickets for this year were to sell out, the franchise would then have to start a waitlist for 2023 season tickets, something that has never happened before in team history.

Dolphins fans are clearly excited about the team’s outlook for the 2022 season. There’s certainly a lot to like about the Dolphins, especially since they made some major moves in the offseason.

Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has another year of experience under his belt, and the team improved the offensive line with tackle Terron Armstead.

With weapons such as Tyreek Hill, Cedrick Wilson Jr. and Chase Edmonds at his disposal, Tagovailoa could be in line for his best season as a pro. In two seasons in Miami, Tagovailoa has compiled a 13-8 record as a starter.

The No. 5 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft is an extremely accurate passer, having completed 67.8 percent of his throws last season. The Dolphins hope that adding an elite receiver like Hill will take Tagovailoa’s game to the next level.

The Dolphins have shown a ton of promise over the last two seasons. The team finished over .500 in both campaigns, but it did miss the playoffs in both seasons.

New Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel should help ignite the team’s offense. As Dolphins fans continue to show their support for the team by purchasing season tickets, McDaniel’s group will continue to put in work during training camp in order to have a successful season.
