Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker seems to be attracting some interest from around the league.

There are reportedly a handful of teams interested in the 29-year-old, and the Philadelphia Eagles are apparently one of them.

Parker has spent his entire NFL career with the Dolphins so far. It would be the end of an era if he were traded away.

The University of Louisville product broke into the league after being selected by Miami in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He has played in seven seasons with the Dolphins.

Parker has put his potential on display during his time with Miami, but consistency has been a battle for him along the way.

Arguably his best season so far came in 2019, when he racked up 72 catches for 1,202 yards and nine touchdowns. However, he has also had his fair share of disappointing campaigns, including his most recent one. In the 2021 season, he appeared in just 10 games and totaled 515 receiving yards.

The Dolphins’ move for Tyreek Hill has caused some fans to speculate about what the future holds for Parker. Some more clarity will likely become available in due time.

Miami has had a massive offseason so far, and the team is starting to gain some respect around the NFL world. Mike McDaniel is hoping to lead the Dolphins to the playoffs in his first season at the helm. That would certainly be a major accomplishment.

The Dolphins haven’t made the playoffs since the 2016 campaign, but the future looks very bright for the organization.
