It’s clear that Watson is interested in joining the Dolphins, but it remains to be seen if he will actually land with Miami before the trade deadline.
It was reported on Tuesday that the Dolphins and Texans have agreed to the terms of a deal that would send Watson to Miami, but the Dolphins reportedly don’t want to complete the deal until Watson’s legal issues are resolved.
With the trade deadline rapidly approaching, that makes it tough to predict whether or not the quarterback will end up in a Dolphins uniform this season.
Watson is still at the center of a number of alarming sexual assault and misconduct allegations. For that reason, a lot of folks don’t want to see Miami complete a deal for him.
