Report: Miami Dolphins to make ‘some differences’ to offense for Jacoby Brissett

The Miami Dolphins are set to be without starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa for at least the next three games.

Jacoby Brissett will be Miami’s starter in those games, and the team is reportedly making some modifications to the offense to better fit his skills.

It will be interesting to see what type of changes the Dolphins’ coaching staff comes up with. The team has struggled on offense so far this season. In Week 1 the team only scored 17 points, and in Week 2 the team wasn’t able to put up any points on the board.

Against the Buffalo Bills in Week 2, Brissett completed 24 of his 40 passes for 169 yards and one interception.

Although he had a subpar performance against the Bills, Brissett has shown before that he has some decent skills. During the 2019 season, he played for the Indianapolis Colts, completing 60.9 percent of his passes for 2,942 yards and 18 touchdowns.

Miami’s next three games come against the Las Vegas Raiders, Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Dolphins will be hoping that Brissett can lead the team to some victories.
