Miami Dolphins wide receiver Will Fuller was reportedly not seen at practice on Thursday.

“Will Fuller’s return to action apparently has hit a snag,” wrote Alain Poupart of SI.com.

“The Miami Dolphins wide receiver was not spotted at practice Thursday during the portion open to the media.

“Fuller was not listed on the first injury report that came Wednesday after he took part in his first practice of the regular season.”

Videos on social media circulated earlier in the week showing Fuller at practice, but it’s possible that something may have happened since then. The wide receiver missed the 2021 opener due to a suspension that carried over from last season.

Very little information is available at this point, and it remains to be seen whether the Dolphins will disclose any details about his absence from practice. Head coach Brian Flores often chooses to keep injury news close to the chest whenever possible

Many fans have high hopes for Fuller’s 2021 campaign. In the 2020 season, the former first-round pick reeled in 53 receptions for 879 yards and eight touchdowns over just 11 games.

As long as he returns to game action soon, he should provide the Dolphins with a major boost in their quest to secure a playoff bid. This is Fuller’s first season in a Dolphins uniform.
