Report: Miami Dolphins sign wide receiver Will Fuller to 1-year deal

The Miami Dolphins added to their wide receiving corps through free agency by signing Houston Texans wideout Will Fuller to a one-year deal.

Fuller was drafted in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Texans out of the University of Notre Dame. Over his five seasons in the league, Fuller has been a steady receiver who has found the end zone 24 times among his 209 career receptions.

Entering the offseason, one of the Dolphins’ aims was to bolster the overall talent among their wide receivers, given the frequent injury woes of DeVante Parker and the overall lack of depth at that position

When the NFL draft takes place next month, the Dolphins could add a major piece to this group. That’s because the top two receivers in the draft are expected to be available when the Dolphins make their first pick with the third overall selection.
