Report: Deshaun Watson ‘intrigued’ by Broncos and 49ers as potential landing spots
- Updated: February 12, 2021

Houston Texans star quarterback Deshaun Watson reportedly is intrigued with the Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers as potential landing spots in a trade.
Watson, who has been rumored to be a target for the Miami Dolphins, may not be as interested in joining Miami.

Watson is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, so it is expected that many teams will pursue him this offseason.
Last season, Watson threw for 4,823 yards, 33 touchdowns and just seven interceptions, but the Texans won just four games.
Clearly, Watson wants to be in a better situation to win going forward.
While Miami can offer a solid trade package for Watson centered around the No. 3 pick and Tua Tagovailoa, the quarterback has a no-trade clause in his contract.
If Watson only wants to play for San Francisco or Denver, he could find a way to force himself to one of those teams if the Texans make a deal.
