Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard is leading the Pro Bowl voting for cornerbacks.
Howard and punter Matt Haack are the two Dolphins that are atop the voting at their respective positions.
The 27-year-old Howard is having a fantastic year in 2020.
He has already intercepted seven passes this season and has come up with a pick in three consecutive contests.
The Dolphins have improved greatly on defense this season, and Howard’s shutdown ability has been a big reason why.
In addition to the interceptions, Howard has made 35 tackles this season and one tackle for loss.
Miami is currently 7-4 and in the playoff hunt in the AFC.
Howard will look to continue his career year and help get the Dolphins to the postseason.
