Last week, the Miami Dolphins released quarterback Josh Rosen.
Rosen, 23, recently signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and will be a member of their practice squad.
The former first-round pick has bounced around to three teams in as many years. He gave his take on his time in Miami on Thursday.
Rosen clearly feels that learning from a veteran like Ryan Fitzpatrick will help him going forward.
The University of California, Los Angeles product has never really gotten a shot in the NFL. After the Arizona Cardinals drafted him in the first round in 2018, Rosen was thrust into the lineup for one of the worst teams in the league.
He made 13 starts as a rookie, throwing 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. He was then traded to Miami after the Cardinals drafted quarterback Kyler Murray No. 1 overall in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Rosen appeared in six games for the Dolphins, making three starts. He struggled mightily in 2019, throwing just one touchdown and five picks.
