Bobby McCain Issues Confident Message Ahead of 2020 NFL Season: ‘I Can Do It All’

The Miami Dolphins defense will look to build off of its strong finish to the 2019 season, and defensive back Bobby McCain is confident that he will be a part of that continued resurgence.

McCain, who was moved from cornerback to safety last season, recently issued a very positive message regarding the upcoming season.

“I’m a guy that can play any place in the backfield. With practice and time, everyone gets better,” said McCain, who started 32 games as a cornerback his first four seasons in the team’s nickel defense and on the boundary. “It’s not my decision to make decisions. I love doing what I do, and I can do it all.”

Clearly, he is not phased by any of the positional changes he’s undergone during his NFL career.

Last season, McCain recorded 25 tackles and picked off the ball twice before falling to a shoulder injury.

This upcoming season, he’ll surely aim to stay healthy and play his part in what could be one of the NFL’s top defensive backfields.

Helmed by star corners Xavien Howard and Byron Jones, McCain and fellow safety Eric Rowe will look to shut down receivers all season long.

Without a doubt, McCain’s self-professed ability to do it all will come in handy for defensive-minded skipper Brian Flores.
