Las Vegas Predicting Miami Dolphins to Finish With 1 More Win Than Last Season

The Miami Dolphins enjoyed a draft haul that could very well change the fortunes of the franchise for years to come.

With that being said, Las Vegas oddsmakers don’t think the injection of young talent in Miami will bear fruit this season.

At the moment, OddsShark.com predicts that Miami will finish with just six wins on the season, just one more win than they finished with last year.

When it comes to the favorites to win the AFC East, DraftKings.com has the New England Patriots leading the pack at plus-115. The Dolphins are tied with the New York Jets at plus-700.

As for winning the Super Bowl, BetOnline.com has the Dolphins at plus-6,600.

Clearly, the experts have very little confidence that the Dolphins’ big offseason will lead to much winning in the short term.

Luckily, Dolphins head coach Brian Flores and general manager Chris Grier aren’t making decisions that will reap just short-term rewards.

There is no doubt that Miami had one of the best drafts in the NFL.

While that may not translate to wins in bunches this season, it could surely lead to the Dolphins becoming the class of the AFC East in the not-so-distant future.
