The start of the 2025 NFL Draft is less than two weeks away now, and consequently, the Miami Dolphins and other NFL teams are running out of time to conduct top-30 visits with draft prospects. The period lasts from March 4 through April 16.
Barry Jackson of the Miami Heraldย indicated on Sunday that the Dolphins will have a busy next 96 hours as they navigate the deadline. They are reportedly scheduled to visit with wide receiver Kyle Williams on Sunday and conduct several more visits in the coming days.
Per source, the Dolphins' 30 visit with Washington State WR Kyle Williams begins today at team headquarters. 4th in Nation in TD catches, 8th reception yards in 2024. Talented second day prospect. Fins have several 30 visits booked in next 96 hours before league deadline

Williams played five seasons of college football, with his last two coming at Washington State University. Across 13 games in the 2024 season, he had 1,198 receiving yards and 14 receiving touchdowns.
The rationale for Miami taking a chance on Williams with one of its 10 picks in the draft is evident considering his production in his swan song at the collegiate level, but it’s also worth noting that the Dolphins aren’t exactly lacking in talent at the wide receiver position.
Led by stars Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, the Dolphins have weapons at wide receiver, even if those two maybe didn’t play at the top of their games a season ago.
A prospect profile from NFL.com has predicted that Williams will be taken in the second round of the draft. Miami has one second-round pick at No. 48 overall.
Hopefully, the Dolphins will also conduct visits with players who can plug holes for them at positions of need. The squad still has some major roster question marks, a storyline that won’t go away until there’s some clarity about how those positions will look when the new season begins.
Dolphins fans should keep an eye out for who the team conducts visits with in the coming hours and days as the period nears a close. With any luck, the selections that Miami will make in the 2025 NFL Draft will have the team equipped to return to the playoffs in the 2025 campaign.
