Tyreek Hill fires back at personal diss from Kansas City Chiefs fan

Miami Dolphins superstar receiver Tyreek Hill fired back at a Kansas City Chiefs fan on social media on Saturday.

Hill posted a photo with his pregnant wife Keeta Vaccaro on the social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) captioned, “Hill Family.”

The fan jabbed at the star wideout, who spent the beginning of his NFL career in Kansas City, by taking an exaggerated shot at the number of kids Hill is said to have.

Hill made sure to respond, reminding the fan that he was the No. 1 player in the NFL’s Top 100 rankings while possibly throwing some shade at Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who finished at No. 4.

It’s not entirely clear if Mahomes was the player that Hill was referring to, but he was the highest-ranked Chiefs player.

Hill had a terrific 2023 season, helping Miami to the playoffs for a second straight year, but Mahomes and the Chiefs ended the Dolphins’ season with a resounding victory in the first round of the playoffs.

From there, the Chiefs went on to win their second straight Super Bowl with Hill no longer on the roster. Mahomes earned another Super Bowl MVP award in the process, showing that he can still win at the highest level without the star receiver.

Still, Hill has made a home for himself in Miami.

A five-time first-team All-Pro selection, Hill has enjoyed some of the best seasons of his career with the Dolphins while playing alongside quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

He put up 1,710 receiving yards in the 2022 season and an NFL-best 1,799 receiving yards last season. To top it off, Hill also led the NFL in receiving touchdowns in the 2023 campaign with 13.

While the postseason success hasn’t been there for Hill and the Dolphins, they did get closer to an AFC East division title last season. Unfortunately, a loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 18 cost Miami the division.

In the 2024 season, Hill will look to live up to his No. 1 ranking and take Miami on a deep playoff run for the first time in the Mike McDaniel era.
