Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill spoke out on a Buffalo Bills fan getting shot and killed near Hard Rock Stadium after Miami lost to Buffalo by a final score of 21-14 on Sunday.

According to 2 On Your Side, the victim was a 30-year-old Canadian man by the name of Dylan Isaacs.

Isaacs reportedly visited Miami to see some friends of his as well as attend the game between the Dolphins and Bills.

According to Miami police, a fight broke out involving Isaacs and his friends outside of Hard Rock Stadium after the game. A suspect eventually got out of their car and shot at Isaacs — who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Isaacs’ mother described what transpired before her son was shot and killed.

“He was hit by a car, knocked over,” she said. “When he got up, he tried to go after the car, and the guy shot him.”

Per authorities, the suspect who shot and killed Isaacs has yet to be apprehended. Crime Stoppers in Miami will reportedly give a reward of up to $5,000 for information that will help them identify and arrest the subject involved in the deadly shooting.

“I thought it was a dream, and it wasn’t happening,” his mother said. “We just talked to him on Sunday while he was at the game. He FaceTimed us. I just don’t know why anyone would do that.”

In the Dolphins’ regular-season finale against the Bills, Hill had one of his more unspectacular performances of the season. He tallied 82 receiving yards, seven receptions and one receiving touchdown.

Hill played in 16 of the Dolphins’ 17 games during the 2023 regular season and ended up with 1,799 receiving yards, 13 receiving touchdowns and 83 first downs receiving while averaging 15.1 receiving yards per reception and 7.4 receptions per game.

The 29-year-old’s regular-season numbers with the Dolphins earned him the eighth Pro Bowl nod of his pro career.

With the 2023 regular season now over, Hills and the Dolphins will take on star quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in a wild card game on Jan. 13.

The Chiefs ended up with the best record in the AFC West division with an identical record to Miami’s at 11-6 and won their final two games of the regular season, with those wins coming against the Cincinnati Bengals on Dec. 31 and Los Angeles Chargers on Jan. 7.
