Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud and Zay Flowers label Tyreek Hill as NFL’s most exciting player to watch

A handful of NFL rookies seem to think that Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill knows how to put on a show.

Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud and Zay Flowers, who were all selected in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft, named Hill after being asked by The Athletic to pick the most exciting player in the league today.

Young even showed love to another Dolphins receiver in the process. It’s worth noting that quarterbacks were asked to pick non-quarterbacks for their answers.

“I feel like Dub (Jaylen Waddle) or Tyreek Hill,” Young said. “It’s crazy they’re on the same team. Tyreek Hill or Dub, it’s pure excitement. Speed. You can’t teach that.”

Stroud showed love to Hill and a few other NFL stars.

“I would say Tyreek Hill,” Stroud began. “… Travis Kelce is very entertaining…CeeDee Lamb is pretty entertaining. Justin Jefferson. Davante Adams! There are so many entertaining players; I love watching football.”

Flowers, who drew some comparisons to Hill after putting together a fantastic career at Boston College, explained his answer.

“Tyreek Hill,” he said. “Or Justin Jefferson. Both. Every time they touch the ball, they’re making a big play.”

Miami’s offense is certainly one of the most explosive and entertaining units in the NFL, and Hill is a major reason why.

In his first season with the Dolphins, the seven-time Pro Bowler totaled 119 receptions for 1,710 yards and seven touchdowns. On seven different occasions, he exceeded 100 receiving yards in a single game.

Many players who are just now entering the NFL likely spent time during their high school and college years watching Hill’s stint with the Kansas City Chiefs.

During six years with Kansas City, Hill accomplished a lot. He had four seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards and won a ring in the 2019 season.

Now, he’s looking to bring a championship to Miami, and with the way the Dolphins roster is looking, the idea of winning a Super Bowl seems to be entirely on the table for the organization. This season’s journey will begin in September when the Dolphins open their campaign against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Young and Flowers will get to face Hill’s Dolphins in the regular season, which could make for some cool moments. It’s interesting to learn that Hill’s play over the years has impressed the newest wave of NFL players.

The Dolphins are certainly hoping that he continues to impress the football world in the years ahead.
