The Miami Dolphins have seven interviews set up for their vacant head coach position.

Miami didn’t take long to part ways with former head coach Brian Flores after the season ended. Flores led the Dolphins to a 9-8 finish this season, falling just short of a postseason berth after a rough start to the year.

Flores finished with winning records in two of his three seasons at the helm for the Dolphins. The former Miami head coach apparently wanted more power than he had in his current role with the team.

The Buffalo Bills’ offensive coordinator Brian Daboll and defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier will be action this weekend after the Bills made short work of their divisional rivals, the New England Patriots, last weekend. The Bills finished ahead of the Patriots and Dolphins in the AFC East yet again this season.

The San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys matched up over the weekend in Dallas, with the 49ers coming out in front 23-17. The 49ers and offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel will be back in action this weekend against the Green Bay Packers.

Arizona Cardinals defensive coordinator Vance Joseph is done for the season after the Cardinals were taken down by the Los Angeles Rams 34-11 on Monday night. The Rams and assistant head coach Thomas Brown will be back in action this weekend against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Dolphins will look to find the right person to build off the success the team found in the second half of the season.
