Report: Raekwon Davis set to return to Miami Dolphins practice

1 Min Read

According to a report, Miami Dolphins defensive lineman Raekwon Davis will return to practice on Wednesday.

Davis has been out since Week 1 with a knee injury. Miami got a victory in the lone game he played in, but the team hasn’t won a game without him.

Davis appeared in all 16 games in the 2020 campaign, and he started 12 of them. He recorded 19 solo tackles and 21 assists on tackles.

The University of Alabama product is just 24 years old, so he has a lot of growth ahead of him at the NFL level. However, in order for that growth to occur, he’ll need to get healthy.

The Dolphins are 1-3 on the season. Although it’s early, the team needs to turn things around very quickly. When Davis returns, he will likely provide Miami with a nice boost.
