Mike Gesicki issues confident 3-word message after Miami Dolphins’ tough start to season

Miami Dolphins tight end Mike Gesicki is not ready to panic after the team’s 1-2 start and is instead putting his faith in the Dolphins’ coaching staff.

Head coach Brian Flores and the Dolphins began the 2021 campaign with a tight victory over the New England Patriots in Week 1 before losing their next two contests.

In their most recent defeat on Sunday, the Dolphins jumped out to a 14-0 lead against the Las Vegas Raiders before eventually losing 31-28 in overtime.

The loss to the Raiders was especially frustrating for Gesicki, considering the strong performance he delivered with 10 receptions for 86 yards.

One of the likely reasons why Gesicki is preaching patience is that he’s been in worse situations during his time with the Dolphins. The promising talent on the roster helps to explain Gesicki’s optimism.

In Week 4, the Dolphins will host the Indianapolis Colts and have a chance to even their record on the season. Even if the team ends up losing that clash, there’s still plenty of time for the team to get back on track.
