Tua Tagovailoa shows off that he’s working hard to improve in offseason

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa took to social media to show that he’s already hard at work in preparing for the 2021 NFL season.

During his rookie campaign this past season, Tagovailoa started nine of the 10 games he played and put up respectable numbers. He completed 186 of 290 passes for 1,814 yards and threw for 11 touchdowns.

Despite ending the 2020 season with three interceptions against the Buffalo Bills, Tagovailoa has already been endorsed as the team’s starting quarterback for the 2021 season.

However, Tagovailoa’s status as a starter next season has been called into question as rumors about the Dolphins possibly acquiring disgruntled Houston Texas quarterback Deshaun Watson continue to swirl.

While acknowledging that he’s aware of those Watson rumors, Tagovailoa is clearly focused on being ready once training camp begins this summer. One major difference from last season is that he’s not rehabilitating from a major hip injury.

Tagovailoa’s work ethic has never been in doubt, with this social media post likely one of many to be presented in the months ahead.
