Miami Dolphins rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and rookie defensive tackle Raekwon Davis helped provide families in the South Florida area with gifts and meals this holiday season.

The two rookies helped these families through the Miami Dolphins Meal Program.

It is a great gesture by the team and both Tagovailoa and Davis.

Davis and Tagovailoa were teammates in college at the University of Alabama. Tagovailoa was taken by the Dolphins with the No. 5 pick in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Davis, 23, was taken by the Dolphins in the second round.

Both players have been a massive help on the field this season. Miami is currently 8-5, and Tagovailoa has been the team’s starting quarterback since Week 8.

Davis has recorded 35 tackles and one tackle for loss this season.

As Tagovailoa and Davis continue to help families in the Miami area off the field, Dolphins fans hope that the two rookies can help deliver a win against the New England Patriots on Sunday.

The Dolphins are looking to stay in the thick of the playoff race in the AFC.
