Report: Miami Dolphins provide crucial update on Matt Breida’s status
- Updated: November 18, 2020

The Miami Dolphins will look to extend their current winning streak this weekend against the Denver Broncos, and it looks like they’ll have running back Matt Breida to assist in that effort.
Breida has been dealing with an injury over the last few weeks and even missed the Dolphins’ game versus the Los Angeles Chargers.
While he did play in Week 8, he touched the ball just four times. Now, it looks like he’ll be ready for a heavier workload in Week 11.

So far this season, Breida has rushed the ball 37 times for 128 total yards.
He hasn’t been a workhorse, but he figures to get more touches now that the Dolphins have moved on from Jordan Howard.
The Dolphins are quickly emerging as one of the best teams in the AFC. They’ve done that all despite not having a prolific rushing attack.
Hopefully, a fully healthy Breida will help the Dolphins improve that aspect of their offense going forward.
