The Dolphins acquired both Van Noy and Lawson in free agency this past offseason.
The additions have helped Miami shore up its defense that struggled a season ago.
Van Noy, who played for Dolphins head coach Brian Flores when he was with the New England Patriots, has already recorded two sacks this season.
As for Lawson, he has recorded nine tackles and a sack so far in 2020.
The Dolphins are looking to get back to .500 against the winless Jets.
Miami is coming off a blowout win against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5.
