Over the weekend, Kansas City Chiefs star wide receiver Tyreek Hill said that he’s willing to race any other player in the NFL.
When Miami Dolphins receiver Jakeem Grant indicated his interest in taking Hill on, Grant’s teammate DeVante Parker could’t help but laugh.
Parker wasn’t the only amused NFL wide receiver. Former Dolphins receiver Kolby Listenbee also got quite a kick out of Grant’s apparent interest.
Hill is one of the truly elite speedsters in the NFL. At his University of West Alabama pro day, the star ball-catcher clocked an unofficial 4.29 in his 40-yard dash.
With that being said, Grant clocked an unofficial 40 time that would put him in the record books. According to a number of NFL scouts, Grant ran a blazing 4.10 seconds at his Texas Tech University pro day.
He was electronically clocked in at 4.34.
Either way, there is little doubt that a race between these two receivers would be incredible.
Fans would just have to be careful not to blink during the race for fear that they might miss the whole thing.
