Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker has been active on social media recently, taking shots at New England Patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore and New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas.

Now, he’s taken a shot at a social media troll who called him “trash.”

Parker is coming off the best season of his career, having caught 72 passes for 1,202 yards and nine touchdowns last season, all of which were new career-highs.

The University of Louisville product has dealt with his fair share of injuries throughout his professional career, with last season being the first time in his career that he played in all 16 regular season games.

Throughout his first four years in the league, Parker struggled to find consistency in his game and wasn’t living up to the expectations that were set when the Dolphins selected him with the 14th pick in the 2015 NFL Draft.

For his career, the 27-year-old has caught 235 passes for 3,419 yards and 18 touchdowns.

Having signed a four-year extension that runs through the 2023 season back in December, Parker will now look to prove he is worth the contract the Dolphins are paying him.
