Miami Dolphins News: Jay Ajayi, Mike Pouncey Added to Team Injury Report
- Updated: September 14, 2017
On Thursday, Miami Dolphins star running back Jay Ajayi was a surprise addition to the team’s injury report with a knee injury.
Thankfully, Ajayi was able to be a full participant in Thursday’s practice ahead of Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers at StubHub Center.
“I don’t really see him as being hurt,” Dolphins head coach Adam Gase said before Thursday’s practice. “He just is a little sore.”
According to Omar Kelly of the Sun Sentinel, coach Gase said that the knee issue is something Ajayi has been dealing with for quite some time.
Adam Gase said Jay Ajayi didn't hurt his knee. It's just something he's been battling for a while. (Scary)
