Chargers Linebacker Melvin Ingram Throws Major Shade at Dolphins Quarterback Jay Cutler
- Updated: September 14, 2017
The season opener for the Miami Dolphins when they travel to take on the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday can’t come soon enough.
Chargers rising star outside linebacker Melvin Ingram added more intrigue to Sunday’s matchup when he took a shot at Dolphins quarterback Jay Cutler on Thursday afternoon.
When asked on Thursday what problems Cutler presents to the Chargers’ defensive unit, Ingram gave a very blunt response to reporters.
“None,” Ingram said. “We don’t see him as a problem for us.”
Ingram seems very confident for the Chargers’ home opener, but actions always speak louder than words.
The Dolphins and Chargers game, which will kick off shortly after 4:05 p.m. ET on Sunday at StubHub Center, will be broadcast live on CBS.
