Report: Miami Dolphins GM Chris Grier attends Texas A&M’s pro day
- Updated: March 22, 2022

The 2022 NFL Draft is fast approaching, which means executives all around the league are attending pro days in order to get a firsthand look at some of the most exciting prospects available.
Miami Dolphins general manager Chris Grier is certainly putting in the work necessary to build out a draft board, as he attended Texas A&M University’s pro day on Tuesday.

It makes a lot of sense for Grier to take the time to attend Texas A&M’s pro day. The Aggies have some of the more exciting prospects in this year’s draft. Beyond that, it just so happens that some of those prospects play at positions of need on the offensive side of the ball for the Dolphins.
One name to look out for is Kenyon Green. The offensive lineman was a dominant anchor on the Aggies’ offensive line and showed NFL pedigree his entire collegiate career. He’s played both guard and tackle, and he could offer crucial help at whatever position he ends up at in the pros.
Another player to keep an eye on is running back Isaiah Spiller. He’s a true three-down back and has the speed and strength to become a household name.
Finally, DeMarvin Leal is a defensive lineman who could also be on the Dolphins’ board. He’s got premier talent and physical skills that might allow him to be selected in the first round of the draft.
Of course, there are many other interesting names coming out of Texas A&M, but the three aforementioned prospects could be especially interesting to Grier and Miami’s front office.
Only time will tell if a former Aggie ends up on the Dolphins later this year.
