Some Dolphins fans might be familiar with Redwine, as he played his college ball at the University of Miami. He was a fourth-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
The 24-year-old has appeared in 29 games at the NFL level. So far, he has three passes defended and an interception to his credit.
Redwine will hope to compete for a legitimate role on the Dolphins. He’s looking to prove that he belongs on an NFL roster.
Miami is 1-6 on the season, and the team’s playoff hopes seem dashed. At this stage in the season, player development is arguably the most important thing.
Time will tell if Redwine ends up proving to be a valuable addition for the Dolphins.
