Miami Dolphins announce starting quarterback for crucial Week 6 matchup vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

According to Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores, quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will make his return from injury against the Jacksonville Jaguars this weekend as long as everything goes well on Friday.

The Dolphins have been without Tagovailoa for several weeks, and they haven’t a won game in his absence. This weekend, Miami has a winnable game on its hands against Jacksonville.

This season, before going on the shelf, Tagovailoa had completed 54.8 percent of his passes for 215 yards and a touchdown.

The 23-year-old has a lot to prove this season, and it sounds like he’s going to get a chance to silence the naysayers starting this weekend.

The Dolphins are 1-4 on the year and are in danger of falling out of the playoff conversation already. Tagovailoa will hope to get things moving in the right direction for the team.
