Report: Will Fuller questionable to return after heading to Miami Dolphins locker room with new injury
- Updated: October 3, 2021
Will Fuller suffered another setback in his Miami Dolphins tenure after leaving in the first half of the team’s Week 4 game against the Indianapolis Colts.
The team labeled him questionable to return.
Injury Update: Will Fuller is questionable to return with a hand injury.
— Miami Dolphins (@MiamiDolphins) October 3, 2021
Fuller missed the first two games of the season and made his Dolphins debut last week. He totaled three receptions for 20 yards versus the Las Vegas Raiders. Unfortunately, Miami lost, 31-28.
The Dolphins were hoping for a better game from the wide receiver on Sunday. Fuller had caught one pass for six yards before he left the game with a hand injury.
When Miami signed Fuller this past offseason, he was expected to provide a boost to the team’s offense after having had successful campaigns in the past. Last year, he played his last season for the Houston Texans and made 53 receptions for 879 yards and eight touchdowns.
Hopefully, his injury is not that severe and he can play again soon, especially since the Dolphins probably need a healthy Fuller to help them reach the playoffs this season.
