Isaiah Ford pens beautiful message of gratitude to Miami Dolphins following trade
- Updated: November 4, 2020

The Miami Dolphins traded wide receiver Isaiah Ford to the New England Patriots on Tuesday in exchange for a 2022 draft pick.
Ford, 24, had spent some time this season as Miami’s slot receiver.
The former Dolphins receiver penned a beautiful message of gratitude to the organization after he was traded before Tuesday’s deadline.
Just wanted to say thank you to the entire Miami Dolphins organization. From the players I’ve met, to the training staff, equipment staff, as well as cafeteria and cleaning staff. You guys have been first class, and I’ve enjoyed every minute bonding with you all!

This season, Ford had recorded 18 receptions for 184 yards for the Dolphins.
Now, Miami will move forward with Lynn Bowden Jr. and Malcolm Perry as potential options to fill Ford’s spot.
New England gained some much needed receiving help with starting receivers Julian Edelman and N’Keal Harry already banged up.
A 2017 seventh-round pick, Ford will look to continue to show that he belongs in the NFL.
For his career, Ford has caught 41 passes for 428 yards and no touchdowns.
