Report: Jaguars star wideout ruled out for Thursday night vs. Dolphins
- Updated: September 24, 2020
The Miami Dolphins will take on the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday night, and it seems Miami has already gained an advantage.
The Jaguars’ top wideout, D.J. Chark Jr., has been ruled out for Thursday’s showdown with an injury.
WR DJ Chark Jr. (chest/ back) has been downgraded to OUT and will not play in tonight’s game.

Chark is coming off of his best season as a pro. During the 2019 regular season, he caught 73 passes for 1,008 yards and eight touchdowns.
He also started in 14 of the 15 games he appeared in last season after starting in none as a rookie in 2018.
This year, Chark has caught just seven balls for 109 yards and a score thus far.
Still, he is a big presence in the Jags’ offense, and it will give Miami a huge boost to not have to worry about him.
The Dolphins are coming off of a 5-11 campaign in 2019. So far this season, Miami has struggled, going 0-2 with losses to the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills.
The Dolphins will look to get in the win column against a beatable Jags team tonight.
