Most likely, that pose by Tagovailoa will be one that Dolphins fans won’t see a great deal of during his rookie campaign. That’s because the early plan is to let him learn the team’s offense, and more importantly, make sure he’s fully recovered from major hip surgery.
The Dolphins selected him with the fifth overall pick last month and are ready to make a major investment with Tagovailoa behind center for the future.
Exactly when Tagovailoa and the Dolphins will start to get their season started remains uncertain due to the continuing coronavirus pandemic.
However, the Dolphins will find out this Thursday what their official schedule will be for 2020.
