6. Sam Bradford, Philadelphia Eagles
The new Eagles starter, Sam Bradford, will enter the 2015 season as Philly’s starting quarterback.
As sad as it may be to say, Bradford has had one truly good season in the NFL, and that was five years ago in his rookie season. The former No. 1 overall pick has been frequently injured and often hit during his five seasons in the league.
However, he enters a situation where many quarterbacks can succeed.
As mentioned before, Foles was the second-best quarterback in the NFL in 2013. It didn’t hurt that he had a stacked supporting cast and an innovative head coach in Chip Kelly.
Speaking of stacked supporting casts, Bradford will enter 2015 with two top-30 receivers in Jordan Matthews and Nelson Agholor.
Oh, by the way, the league’s leading rusher from last season, DeMarco Murray, will line up in Philly’s backfield.
The only reason Bradford shouldn’t have a breakthrough season in 2015 is due to injury. Otherwise, he could very well emerge as a legit No. 1 quarterback in fantasy this season.
Next: Derek Carr, Oakland Raiders
